Hold Fast Cycling Metallic Brake Pads for SRAM Level/AXS 2019+ Brakes

Our SRAM AXS Brake Pads come in two compounds: Ceramic and Metallic. These are direct replacements for several of SRAM’s AXS and Level brakes. One set includes an inner pad and outer pad for one brake caliper. See below for a complete list of compatible brakes.

• Softer compound provides better initial bite than metallic.
• Very quiet.
• Easy and quick to “bed in.”
• Less brake fade than resin pads.
• Not as strong in wet/sloppy conditions, but still great initial bite.
• May not last as long as metallic, but lasts longer than resin.

• Harder compound; less initial bite but max stopping power under heavy load.
• Long lasting.
• Take longer to “bed in.”
• Can be noisy in wet conditions.
• Good heat transfer and better on long downhills.
• Perform well in cold, wet, and muddy conditions.

Mix and match pads if you like. Many riders run Metallic up front and Ceramic in the rear. For areas with lots of long hills, use Metallic. For quick braking or flat terrain, use Ceramic.
